Notes on Our Handling of Personal Information and Issuance of Visitor Badge
  • The organizer and the secretariat handle personal information with great care in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and "Principles for the Protection of Personal Information." See our privacy policy here.
  • The registered information may be used to inform you of related exhibitions, events, etc. held by the organizer and the secretariat in the future.
  • Presenting and having your visitor badge barcode scanned at other exhibitor booths would be the same as exchanging business cards. You may receive direct mails and invitations from the exhibitors.
  • The visitor badge registration is accepted only once per person. If you fail to bring your printed visitor badge with you on the day of your visit, you will need to have it issued at the venue. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the exhibition halls without the visitor badge.
  • Upon your visit, please read the "Notes for visitors" and cooperate with the infection control.In the event of an outbreak of infection, the minimum personal information of exhibition visitors may be disclosed at the request of government agencies and local governments for such purposes as identifying the infection route.
