1）展示会へのご来場、セミナーへのご参加及び来場事前登録をいただくにあたり提出された貴殿の個人情報は、
主催者：株式会社産業経済新聞社のプライバシーポリシー および
オーガナイザー：株式会社シー・エヌ・ティのプライバシーポリシー
にもとづき取り扱われます。本登録サイトより登録されました個人データは、本展関係のご案内および主催者／オーガナイザー、出展社からのご案内に利用いたします。
2）参加申込者ご自身から個人情報抹消のお申し出があった際にはデータベースから削除いたしますので、主催者（convention@sankei.co.jp）／オーガナイザー（privacy885@cnt-inc.co.jp）までご一報いただくか、またはご案内メールにあるリンクからオプトアウトを行ってください。
3）会期中、出展社またはスポンサーによるバッジのスキャンを許可した場合、本イベントへの来場にあたりご登録いただいた貴殿の個人情報は、当該出展社またはスポンサーに提供されます。また、それに伴い、今後、当該出展社またはスポンサーより製品・サービスに関する連絡を受けることに同意いただいたものとなります。出展社またはスポンサーが収集および記録した情報は、各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき管理されるため、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除等の要請はご自身で直接当該提供先企業に行っていただくこととなりますので、予めご了承ください。
4）セミナーなどの併催イベントに参加された場合、そのスポンサー企業や講演会社から会期後にEメール、ご郵送、お電話等で製品、サービス等のご案内をさせていただくことがございます。スポンサー企業、講演企業への提供後の情報については、提供先企業の個人情報保護方針またはプライバシーポリシーに沿って管理されるため、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除等の要請はご自身で直接当該提供先企業に行っていただくこととなりますので、予めご了承ください。

2) Right to Erasure and Opt-out
If you wish to have your personal information deleted from our database, please contact the Organizer (convention@sankei.co.jp) or the Co-organizer (privacy885@cnt-inc.co.jp), or follow the opt-out link provided in our informational emails.
3) Badge Scanning by Exhibitors and Sponsors
By allowing an exhibitor or sponsor to scan your badge during the event, you consent to the sharing of your registration information with that specific company. Consequently, you agree to receive future communications regarding their products and services. Please be advised that information collected by exhibitors or sponsors will be managed under their respective privacy policies. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of such data must be made directly to the recipient company.
4) Participation in Concurrent Events (Seminars, etc.)
If you participate in concurrent events such as seminars, the sponsoring or presenting companies may contact you via email, mail, or telephone regarding their products and services after the event. Once provided to these companies, your information will be managed according to their own privacy policies. Any requests for data disclosure, correction, or deletion must be directed to the respective company.
