MWE 2026 requires advance registration.
To attend the Microwave Exhibition and Microwave Workshops, you must complete the free advance registration.
Please register via this page, print out your admission pass, and bring it with you to the venue (Pacifico Yokohama).
Those who register in advance may attend both the Microwave Exhibition and the Microwave Workshops at MWE 2026 free of charge.
* No advance reservation is required for the workshops; all sessions (including keynote speeches, special lecture, introductory courses, ultra-beginner courses, and incubation courses) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

MWE 2026 has introduced a system to manage visitors using QR codes. By allowing the QR code on your admission ticket to be read at an exhibitor booth, etc., you are providing your registration information to the exhibitor. Please note that you may receive various information emails from the exhibitor after the exhibit is provided.

Advance registration can only be accepted once per person. Please note that an admission pass is required to enter MWE 2026.

After pre-registering, please print your admission ticket in color on A4 size paper and bring it to the venue.

Please fold your admission ticket and place it in the name holder located near the venue entrance.

The QR code will be scanned at the venue entrance.

Please be sure to wear it around your neck so that your name and affiliation can be seen inside the venue.

Please be aware that the organizers will be taking photographs and videos at the venue and in the surrounding area during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including publication on websites, in brochures, and on social media platforms such as Facebook. By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to this.
