MWE 2025は事前登録制となります。
マイクロウェーブ展およびマイクロウェーブワークショップに参加するためには、「事前参加登録 (無料)」が
必要になります。
本ページから事前参加のご登録をいただき、入場証をプリントアウトして、会場 (パシフィコ横浜) にご来場
ください。
事前登録いただいた方は、MWE 2025のマイクロウェーブ展およびマイクロウェーブワークショップに無料
にてご参加いただけます。
※ワークショップは事前予約不要で、全ての講演 (基調講演、基礎講座、超入門講座、インキュベーション講座
含む) に先着順にてご聴講いただけます。
※マイクロウェーブワークショップダイジェスト（予稿集）のダウンロードをご希望の方は「事前参加登録」
した後で、別途「有料参加登録」にてお買い求めください。

主催者および事務局では、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」及び「個人情報の保護原則」に沿い、個人情報の取り扱いに細心の注意を払います。電子情報通信学会APMC国内委員会の個人情報保護基本方針については、こちらをご確認ください。

MWE 2025は、QRコードにより来場者を管理するシステムを導入しております。出展者ブース等で入場証のQRコードの読み取りを許諾することは、ご登録情報を出展者に提供することになります。提供後、その出展者より各種ご案内メール等が届く場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

事前来場登録の受付はお一人様1回限りです。MWE 2025への入場には必ず入場証が必要となりますのでご注意ください。

事前参加登録後、入場証をA4サイズでカラー印刷して会場にご持参ください。

入場証を折りたたんでいただき、会場入口付近に設置してあるネームホルダーに入れてください。

会場入場口にてQRコードを読み取らせていただきます。

会場内ではご所属・お名前が見えるように、必ず首から下げてください。

※入場証は、会期中有効、登録者本人のみご使用いただけます。

MWE 2025 has introduced a system to manage visitors using QR codes. By allowing the QR code on your admission ticket to be read at an exhibitor booth, etc., you are providing your registration information to the exhibitor. Please note that you may receive various information emails from the exhibitor after the exhibit is provided.

Advance registration can only be accepted once per person. Please note that an admission pass is required to enter MWE 2025.

After pre-registering, please print your admission ticket in color on A4 size paper and bring it to the venue.

Please fold your admission ticket and place it in the name holder located near the venue entrance.

The QR code will be scanned at the venue entrance.

Please be sure to wear it around your neck so that your name and affiliation can be seen inside the venue.

*Admission passes are valid during the exhibition period and can only be used by the registrant.
*QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED in Japan and in other countries.
